This powerpoint presentation begins by explaining the term "Technical, Managerial, and Financial (TMF) Capacity". It goes on to provide an overview of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment's (CDPHE's) TMF Program, including:Individual TMF Assistance Program;TMF Group Training Workshops;Website and Electronic TMF Assistance Tool;Results; and,Lessons Learned.
